Despite months of discussions, the state continues to refuse to allow the shutdown of the outdated, dirty and unnecessary PG&E Hunters Point power plant in San Francisco. Ignoring alarming rates of asthma among kids and adults, the pollution continues as state officials fail to act to address this health and environmental problem.

The California ISO is in charge of the power grid in the state, but has a record of protecting the fossil fuel power industry at the expense of community health.
