Greenaction and Tehama County residents to fight InEnTec in court!

The battle in Red Bluff, California continues over InEnTec’s attempt to win approval for a medical waste plasma arc facility. InEnTec is filing legal action to attempt to overturn their defeat in December when Greenaction and a Tehama County community group won our appeal of InEnTec’s Air District permits after a marathon three month hearing process.

Greenaction and the Community group will fight InEnTec’s attempt to overturn our victory in court, and we are continuing the community organizing and actions as well.  We believe the InEnTec proposed facility, if built, would emit toxic pollution into the air and environment, and would have a terrible impact by reversing pollution prevention and recycling efforts in hospitals and other health care institutions.

You can read the final findings of the Tehama County Air Pollution Control District Appeal Hearing Board that rescinded InEnTec’s permits.
