Dear Ms. Garvey,

The US EPA has now found that dioxin causes cancer in humans and is more toxic than previously thought. The Air District continues to allow the IES incinerators to emit dioxin, mercury and other pollutants into the air of the nearby low-income community of color, threatening public health and violating environmental justice. I demand that the Air District deny IES a new Title V Clean Air Act permit for these incinerators due to continued violations of their current permits - and violations of environmental justice. Please notify me in writing of all opportunities for public comment on IES.
